Jan. 30th

--Cardio, Treadmill 30 min. 2.6 mph @ 7% incline


I was trying to go for 45 minutes, but I started getting a weird cramp in my stomach. I put the incline down to see if it would go away, and it didn't, so I decided that 30 min. was enough for tonight.
